Directions for Outta-Here Charters
Directions for I-95--take I-295 to I-10
West to Live Oak Exit # 283.
Directions for I-75--take I-10 West to Live
Oak Exit # 283
Exit from I-10 on the Live Oak; Jasper exit
road #129 or Exit # 283.
Turn left on 129 S to Live Oak.
Go though Live Oak and bear right on SR-51
S toward Mayo. (Be careful, this is easy to miss).
Continue on SR-51 through Mayo and to
Steinhatchee.
After in Steinhatchee, turn right 1.2 miles
after passing the Dollar General Store. You will be on First Ave
South. Turn left at the Jiffy Store (10th St) Go across the
bridge and turn right at the stop sign. Gulf Stream Marina is
on the right.
This is where Outta-Here is docked
Directions to the cabin/house from the north
or east
Follow the directions as above coming into Steinhatchee
Approximately 1.1 miles after passing the Dollar General
Store turn right you are on First Avenue North
Approximately 700 feet you will see the gray house and cabin
on the right.
From Tampa or Orlando areas
Toll road North to I-75 N to Ocala. Exit on SR27 near Ocala
exit and go West
Turn Right (N) on 19 and go through Chiefland, Fanning
Springs, Old Towne, and Cross City.
After you get through Cross City, approximately 10 miles,
you will see a small green sign that says Steinhatchee and
Jena Turn left at
this sign. State Rd #358
You will come to a flashing yellow light, bear right at
this light.
Go 2.0 miles to Gulf Steam
To the cabin/house from the south
After you cross the bridge, go to the stop sign and turn to
the right.
Go to the next stop sign and turn left.
Go to the first paved road and turn left.
Cabin/house sits approximately 500 feet on the right
Directions from west of Tallahassee on I-10
Exit #33 off of I-10 to US-19 South to US-ALT 27 South
Turn right on SR-51 at Tennille toward Steinhatchee then
follow above directions.
